Yoga Teacher Inspirations with the JivaDiva
Twice a month you will receive guidance from Alanna on how to build your class around a particular topic in yoga. She will give you ways to discuss it in class, readings, asanas, and other clever ways to teach your students more than just asana, and have them bringing their practice off the mat. These inspirations will also help you deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy, and continuously have you inspired as you sit in front of your class.
